We start the navigation from the touristic pier in the city to the Southeast. We go on our boat Les Eclaireurs heading Southeast to discover Beagle Channel, with the final destination Harberton Ranch.

On the way we stop at Bird Island where we can spot a colony of Imperial cormorants and other birds such as skuas, southern giant petrels and black-browed albatross; in the Sea lions Islands, we can see of one and two hairs. Once in the archipelago Les Eclaireurs we can see the famous lighthouse Les Eclaireurs and also the colonies of imperial and “roqueros” cormorants.

We leave the lighthouse to continue sailing towards our destiny, on the road you can see the dominant vegetation in the area, as well as Puerto Williams town (Chile) on Navarino Island.

We sail from Harberton harbor to Martillo Island, a 15 minutes trip in a semi-rigid boat (vessel capable of navigation in the area). On the island, we will walk for 1 hour among Gentoo and Magallanic penguins, always with a guide and walking through authorized trails, experiencing an unique adventure only with us!

Back to Harberton ranch, we will have time for lunch (not included in the rate) and visit the southernmost marine mammals and birds museum, in all America.

After the visit to the museum, we return to Ushuaia city in our minibuses through the complementary route “J” and National Route Nº.3, making a stop on the way to see the iconic flag trees.
