Tierra del Fuego National Park – classic

We will start the tour from your lodging, traveling along a stretch of National Route 3, crossing the valley of the Pipo River and the slopes of Mount Susana until we reach the station of the Fuegian Southern Railroad.

After visiting the facilities of the central station, those who wish, will have the possibility to take the train ride. The train ride lasts one hour (ticket not included in the price of the National Park tour). Those who choose not to take the train ride will continue with our guide and the vehicle until entering the Tierra del Fuego National Park, with destination the “Park Station”. There we will meet again with the passengers who did take the train, to continue visiting the most attractive points of the Park.

During the tour we will visit Lake Acigami (also called Lake Roca), Lapataia Bay (end of National Route 3) and Zaratiegui Cove, from where we will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and its mountainous islands.

We will also be able to see the sub-Antarctic forest species that the National Park preserves, where red foxes, guanacos, rabbits, beavers and condors coexist.

At the end of the tour we will return to the city.
